These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public website at autocorrectforpc.com (the "Website") operated by AutoCorrect PC ("AutoCorrect PC," "AutoCorrect for PC," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to the Website only. If you install or use the AutoCorrect PC desktop application, your use of the App is governed by our separate Desktop App Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about AutoCorrect PC, including product features, downloads, blog articles, frequently asked questions, and contact options. The Website is intended for general informational and marketing purposes.

AutoCorrect PC is currently offered as a beta product. Information on the Website about features, availability, pricing, or timelines may change without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or related systems

• Use the Website to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Misrepresent your affiliation with AutoCorrect PC

Product descriptions, feature lists, blog posts, FAQs, and other materials on the Website are provided for general information. We strive to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Blog articles reflect the views and information available at the time of publication. They are not professional, legal, or technical advice unless explicitly stated.

The Website may provide links or instructions to download the AutoCorrect PC desktop application. Downloading, installing, and using the App is subject to the Desktop App Terms of Service, not these Website Terms.

The Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, blog content, and underlying code, is owned by AutoCorrect PC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Website for personal or internal business use.

You may not use the "AutoCorrect PC," "AutoCorrect for PC," or related logos or branding without our prior written permission.

Open-source components used to build the Website remain subject to their respective licenses.

If you send us suggestions, comments, or other feedback about the Website or our products by email or other means, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing our products and services, without obligation to compensate you.

If you use the desktop application, the Desktop App Privacy Policy applies to App-related data practices.

The Website is hosted using third-party infrastructure providers, including Vercel. Your use of the Website may involve processing by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Information on the Website will be accurate, complete, or current
• Defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe
• The Website or any linked download will meet your requirements

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell or license software except where expressly stated in separate agreement terms for the App.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• AUTO CORRECT PC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoCorrect PC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or any other reason.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive any termination of your access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice on the Website.

Continued use of the Website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws when using the Website or obtaining software through links provided on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AutoCorrect PC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under local law.

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoCorrect PC regarding the Website.
• Relationship to App terms: Use of the desktop application is governed separately by the Desktop App Terms of Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
